At the pump
Stations (Puma, Texaco, Uno) are attendant-served and sell gasolina regular/especial and diesel by the litre at roughly US price levels; carry cash as some rural outlets do not take cards.
After a crash
Call 911 for police; drivers must remain at the scene and not move the vehicles until authorities arrive, especially when there are injuries, and a police report is needed for the insurance claim.
