Transparency
Four pages, each publishing something a company this size usually keeps internal: what we promise against what we build to, what every price is, what the service actually runs on, and what we hold about you. Where the number does not exist yet, the page says that instead of showing a placeholder.
| Page | Publishes | Does not have yet |
|---|---|---|
| Delivery record | The promised delivery time next to the tighter internal target, and what a miss entitles you to. | A measured on-time rate. Not enough orders behind it to be a real number. |
| Fee change log | Every price charged, including the ones only offered after purchase, and a dated log of changes. | Nothing to log yet. No price has changed. |
| Service status | The four things this service depends on and what each failure looks like from your side. | Live status. Nothing is instrumented, so there is no check behind a status light. |
| Your data | Every field collected, where each one is stored, how long it stays, and how to have it removed. | An automatic retention window. Records are kept until deletion is requested. |
Why the second column exists
A transparency section that only shows the flattering half is marketing with a different heading. The rule these pages follow is that a figure appears once it is measured, and not before. An estimate presented as a record is a fabricated statistic even when the estimate is honest.
What you will not find here
An uptime percentage, a count of permits issued, an average rating, or a certifying body that vouches for us. The first three are not measured yet. The fourth does not exist: no organisation certifies this service, and any badge claiming otherwise would be invented.
Something here is wrong
If a statement on any of these pages does not match what actually happened to your order, write to support@vialy.org and say which line. Corrections change the page, not the complaint.
Vialy is a private translation service, not a government body.
