The log
Empty. Not “no recent changes” and not a placeholder row: there has been no price change to record. When one happens, the entry states the date it took effect, which item moved, the old price, the new price and why.
What a change would and would not touch
A new price applies to orders placed after the date in its log entry. It never reaches an order already paid for. Every charge here is one-off, so there is no subscription to re-price and nothing renews unless you buy a renewal.
What counts as a change
Any move in the amounts above, any new chargeable item, and any comparison price shown beside a price at checkout. If a struck-through “was” figure is displayed, the entry here has to state what it was and when that amount was actually charged, otherwise the comparison is not one this log can support.
